Effective date: July 30, 2026. These Terms of Use govern access to OBS Hub, including its troubleshooting resources, maintenance information, repair library, community features, vendor and creator directories, affiliate links, and related services.
1.1 Independent platform and trademarks
OBS Hub is an independent enthusiast platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ford Motor Company. Ford and related vehicle names, logos, and emblems are trademarks of Ford Motor Company. OBS Hub uses vehicle references only to describe the vehicles and information covered by this community resource.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using OBS Hub, submitting content, creating a room or profile, or selecting the agreement checkbox, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information and must be old enough to use the service under applicable law.
2. Educational information only
OBS Hub provides general educational and reference information. It is not a repair shop, mechanic, engineer, safety inspector, or substitute for the vehicle manufacturer’s service information or a qualified professional. Always verify specifications, procedures, torque values, fluids, parts, and safety requirements for the exact vehicle before working on it.
3. Assumption of repair risk
Vehicle repair, maintenance, modification, towing, electrical work, fuel-system work, lifting, and road testing involve risk of injury, death, fire, property damage, or vehicle damage. You are responsible for deciding whether you have the skill, tools, information, and safe environment to perform any work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBS Hub and its owners, contributors, and service providers are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from reliance on or use of repair information.
4. Accuracy and availability
Information may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, vehicle-specific, or supplied by third parties. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete, safe, compatible, or available, and we may change or remove content without notice.
5. Community content
You are responsible for content you submit. Do not post private information, threats, harassment, illegal content, misleading claims, copyrighted material you do not have permission to use, or instructions that encourage unsafe conduct. You give OBS Hub permission to host, display, moderate, and format your submitted content for operating and promoting the service. We may remove content, restrict access, or close rooms that violate these Terms or community standards.
6. VINs, receipts, and vehicle records
A VIN can identify a specific vehicle and may become personal or sensitive when combined with ownership, location, receipts, contact details, or other information. Do not upload documents containing unnecessary personal or financial information. You are responsible for having the right to submit any VIN, photograph, receipt, invoice, or other file. See the OBS Hub Privacy Policy when published for collection, storage, retention, and deletion details.
7. Third-party content and links
OBS Hub may link to YouTube, manufacturers, vendors, books, social platforms, repair shops, and other third parties. We do not control or endorse every third-party service, and their terms and privacy policies apply. YouTube videos and other content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and platform rules.
8. Affiliate and sponsored links
Some links may be affiliate links or sponsored placements. OBS Hub or a participating creator may receive compensation if you click or purchase. This does not guarantee the lowest price, availability, quality, compatibility, or endorsement. Confirm the final product, price, shipping, and return terms before purchase.
9. Intellectual property
OBS Hub’s software, branding, original text, layout, and original graphics are protected by applicable law. Do not copy, scrape, rehost, or commercially reuse them without permission. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact OBS Hub with enough information to investigate.
10. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBS Hub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or merchantability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
